AI Sightline ("we", "us", "our") operates the aisightline.com website and platform. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, including your name, email address, and organization details. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and scan history to improve our service.
When you connect via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Google contacts, files, or any other Google data.
How we use your information
- To provide and maintain our AI visibility monitoring service
- To process your subscription and payments via Stripe
- To send transactional emails (account confirmations, scan results, billing)
- To improve our platform based on usage patterns
- To respond to support requests and inquiries
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted by Vercel and Neon (PostgreSQL). We use HTTPS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging on invites and setting changes. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may receive limited data:

Cookies

Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing aisightline@gmail.com. You may also delete your account directly from your account settings, which removes all associated data.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
