Ad Opportunities

Find the high-intent questions where AI recommends a competitor and never mentions you, then generate a ready-to-run ChatGPT ad to win them. We generate and hand off; you keep full control of your ad spend. Pro, Business, and Agency.

What shipped

  • A new Ad Opportunity in your recommendations: the specific questions where an AI assistant points buyers to a competitor and leaves you out
  • One click generates a complete, paste-ready ChatGPT ad campaign built from those exact questions, including ad group, targeting hints, headline, description, a suggested bid, and a tracked landing link
  • Copy any field on its own, or export the whole campaign as a CSV for bulk upload
  • Launch it from your own OpenAI Ads account. We write the campaign and hand it off; we never hold or spend your budget
  • A results view shows the visits your ad brings in, kept separate from your organic traffic so your real numbers stay honest
  • Available on the Recommendations page in the portal

Why it matters

Earning your way into AI answers with great content is the long game, and it is worth playing. But for the questions that are sending buyers to a competitor right now, every week of waiting has a cost. Ad Opportunities gives you the fast lane: see exactly where you are missing, and walk away with the ad already written. Earn it over time, buy your way in today.

Where to see it

Portal sidebar → Optimize → Recommendations, then filter to Ad Opportunity. Included on Pro, Business, and Agency.

Feature

Competitor Gaps

See the exact prompts where competitors get cited and you don't, ranked by opportunity, then turn any gap into publish-ready content in one click. Pro, Business, and Agency.

What shipped

  • A ranked list of every prompt you track where an AI engine cites a competitor and not you, sorted so the biggest opportunity sits on top
  • A plain-language read on who is winning each prompt and on how many of the AI platforms you monitor
  • One-click Fix: jump from any gap into Content Studio, pre-filled with the prompt and the sources the AI is citing, then generate an article, brief, or FAQ
  • It tells the difference between a true competitor winning and a news site or community thread winning, and shifts the content angle to match
  • Gap closure check: on your next scan we confirm whether your brand now shows up on that prompt
  • Available in the portal, the REST API, and the MCP server

Why it matters

Your competitors are not beating you everywhere. They are beating you on specific prompts, in specific AI answers, that you have probably never seen. Competitor Gaps finds those moments, ranks them by where the win is biggest, and hands you the content to win them back. The distance from "we're losing here" to "here is the draft to publish" is now minutes, not a content sprint.

Where to see it

Portal sidebar → Competitor Gaps. Included on Pro, Business, and Agency.

Feature

Off-Page Recommendations

See the third-party sites AI cites on your prompts where your brand is absent, get the exact Reddit threads and YouTube videos to act on, and draft a reply or video script in one click. Pro, Business, and Agency.

What shipped

  • A new Off-Page set in your recommendations: the third-party sites such as Reddit, YouTube, and review platforms that AI engines cite on your tracked prompts where your brand is not mentioned, ranked so the biggest opportunity sits on top
  • The exact pages behind each one: real threads and real videos you can open and read, not a vague "go be active on Reddit"
  • One-click Draft: a genuinely helpful reply for forums and social, or a short video script for YouTube that a tool like HeyGen can turn into a finished video, written for that specific question
  • It only ever points you to neutral, open platforms anyone can join, and it never suggests posting on a competitor's site
  • Before any draft is created, a quick confirm shows how many of your monthly content creations it will use and when they reset, and nothing counts against you until you say go

Why it matters

Most of the sources AI engines cite are not your own website. They are the communities, videos, and review sites the models already trust. If you are not present there, you are invisible in those answers, and you usually never see it happen. Off-Page Recommendations turns that blind spot into a short, specific to-do list: the precise pages where you are losing, with the reply or script mostly written for you. Show up helpfully in the places AI already reads, and over time those answers can start naming you.

Where to see it

Portal sidebar → Optimize → Recommendations, then filter to Off-Page. Included on Pro, Business, and Agency.

Feature

Multi-User Teams (PRD-2026-022)

Invite teammates to your org with Owner / Editor / Viewer roles. 60+ route guards enforce the split server-side. Agencies can now bring their client stakeholders in as Viewers without exposing billing.

What shipped

  • Three-role permission model: Owner, Editor, Viewer
  • 10 seats on Pro, 25 on Business, unlimited on Agency
  • Audit log for every invite and setting change
  • Magic-link team invite flow (no password required for invitees)

Why it matters

Agencies can now bring client stakeholders into the dashboard without handing over billing. In-house teams can include execs as Viewers without seat-sprawl anxiety. The audit log surfaces which Editor shipped which recommendation.

Where to see it

/settings/team on any paid tier.

Feature

Recommendations engine v2 (PRD-2026-021)

Actionable recommendations with predicted score lift and effort rating. Every paid tier. No add-on fee. Ship the top three, watch the number move.

What shipped

  • Recommendations engine now ranks actions by predicted score lift AND effort
  • Impact tracker compares your score before and after you ship a recommendation
  • Three recommendation types: schema, content, and citation gaps
  • Routes: /portal/optimize/recommendations (renamed from /portal/suggestions; 308 redirect in place)

Why it matters

A visibility score is a judgment. A recommendation is a plan. V2 stops telling you where you stand and starts telling you what to do next — with the expected score delta already computed so you can prioritize.

Where to see it

Portal sidebar → Optimize → Recommendations. Shipped to every paid tier.

March 2026

Feature

Multi-Brand (PRD-2026-012)

One subscription, every brand you manage. 10 brands on Pro, 25 on Business, 50 on Agency. Quotas pool across brands. Two-click brand switch.

What shipped

  • Brand as the top-level unit inside an organization
  • Pooled quotas for prompts, keywords, and competitors across all brands on the subscription
  • Two-click brand switcher in the portal top bar
  • Per-brand weekly digest emails

Why it matters

Agencies can run 25 client brands on one subscription instead of 25 separate logins. In-house teams at multi-brand companies can monitor each sub-brand without carving budget per division. Quotas pool so usage flows to whichever brand needs them that week.

Where to see it

/portal/brand to switch. /settings/team → Brands tab to invite and manage.

Feature

Brand Sentiment Index / BSI (PRD-2026-014)

Sentiment score alongside visibility score. See not just whether AI platforms mention you, but how they mention you — positive, neutral, or negative.

What shipped

  • Sentiment (BSI) score computed per platform + composite
  • Trend line over 90 days
  • Competitor BSI on Pro and above — see how AI talks about you vs your competitors

Why it matters

A brand can be invisible AND loved, or highly visible AND talked about poorly. The visibility score alone missed the second failure mode. BSI adds the "how" to the "whether."

Where to see it

Dashboard → Sentiment card. Per-platform breakdown under each platform tile.
